NO....

Walruses are members of the order Carnivora and suborder (or alternatively superfamily) Pinnipedia. They are the only members in the family Odobenidae.

Walruses (Odobenus rosmarus)

domestic goat (Capra aegagrus hircus) OR wild goat (Capra aegagrus) are members of the order Artiodactyla and family bovidae.

Scientifically speaking, Walruses are the only members in the family Odobenidae. So how can goats be of the same genus as a walrus ????

Got it ....

Hope this helps a little

BBye
