i have missed my period by a long shot (21 days) so either something is SERIOUSLY wrong, or im pregnant. But last night had a dream i peed on a home test and it came back positive! i started crying hysterically then i woke up. Is this a sign or... what? I havent been stressing about it at all so i dont know what to think. i dont have dreams very often so this is all very new to me.

Do the test... you're subconscious knows there's something going on with your body and it's manifesting in dreams. I don't put too much importance in dreams myself, but I do believe that dreams sometimes try to tell us something we're suppressing.
For instance, I'm giving birth in less than 3 weeks (by c-section) but I've repressed that fears I have. They're coming out VERY strongly in my dreams, because I simply refuse to deal with them during my waking hours.
The biggest sign here isn't the dream, but your missed period. Do a test, and take it from there.

I think that you should do a home test just to ease your mind if you were sexually active, if you arent sexually active then the dream is symbolic of something big in your life that will happen. Missed periods are caused by bad eatiung habits, weight loss or stress so if you have any of that and a negative test I would suggest adjustingthe lifestyle a bit more to be healthier. Good Luck

not a sign. It's your brain telling you it's time for a pregnancy test and if positive go to the Dr soon to get your prenatal care and vitamins for a healthy baby. Best wishes.

Then i ran downstairs and have been given some juice to get my little guy shifting. It felt so actual.

duhhhhhhh, if you made love to someone, what do you expect. Take responsibility for your actions, for they have consequences, in your consious life, and in your dreams. Both are separate, but one in your life.
