5 Pads
2 Tampons (in case a friend needs one - or you)
Paracetamol for cramps
A spare pair of panties
Chocolate/Candy for emergencies lol
Baby wipes
Tissues
Deodorant (if you think it's necessary - I think it is)
Your favourite body spray
After a while you will understand your flow more and so you should change the number of pads and tampons and stuff.
Hope this helps and good luck! xo
P.S. I think it's great that you're being so prepared! Go to the sites below for more info on periods, or you can email me if you have any more questions.

I would advise carrying a couple of pads and a spare pair of underware, and maybe pants too, just in case. I was 13 when I got mine, and at home so I was lucky, but I hadn't even noticed so I can see why some people have accidents:) A packet of painkillers might be good too but probably only if you are going away the night somewhere or something because you might not need them straight away. Feminine wipes could also come in handy, but toilet paper will do the job also:) Hope I helped, good luck girly!

I would say A couple pads for sure, tampons if you would like to use them. Also some pain relievers in case you get cramps. A change of underware and pants might not be a bad idea in case you have an accident. I did...lucky I was at home. Cause you never know when it will hit ya. You can pack body spray and deo if you like. Never hurts to smell good! :) Happy Period Getting!

purely carry alongside a small %. of wipes and 2 pads. i do no longer think of you should placed on panty liners suitable now via fact it incredibly is purely a waste of funds. you should start up your era the following day even though it could't be for yet another 3 hundred and sixty 5 days... in case you do ignore to hold some thing on the day it happens, do no longer freak out. purely use hand napkins from the showering room and pass to the nurse for a pad. She's given them out a million circumstances previously =)
