Points 1 and 2 are accurate
Point 3 is pure conjecture. Please demonstrate that Liberals desire to actually fight the enemy that attacked usrather than Iraq strenghened them.
Point 4 is flawed on serveral levels. We are NOT at war with Islam. The war on terrorism obviously will never be won until all terrorism is wiped out. That does not explain why his "mission accomplished" statement with respect to Iraq has proven to be extremely premature.
Points 5 and 6 - I will concede this as well
Point 7 - this statement is absolutely and demonstrably false. Tax revenues have grown in nominal terms but not in real terms. Much of the nominal growth can be attributed to the deficit spending. As the government spends more, people and businesses that are recipients of the spending earn more and so the tax base is increased.

Point 8 is a ridiculous attempt to pass the buck. Bush's job is to work with congress. If you want to blame congress it still reflects poorly on Bush. But much of the deficit spending is actually directly related to Bush's own projects - not least of all the war that has blown out from an original prediction of 80bn to now more than 500bn and potentially to a Trillion.

1. He predicted he would be in the white house for 4 years, and he was.
2. He predicted he would be in the white house for four MORE years, and it's looking like that will happen too.
3. He predicted that Democrat whining would embolden the enemy and it has.
4. From the very beginning he said the war against Islam would take years, perhaps even decades, and it looking like he was right again.
5. He predicted that Baghdad would fall quickly and it did.
6. He predicted that it would only be a matter of time before we captured Saddam. It was and we did.
7. He predicted that tax decreases would increase total tax revenue and they have.
8. He predicted that in spite of increased tax revenues, the debt and deficit would still be problems if congress didn't reign in spending. They still are because they didn't.

EDIT: "Sage" - You still suffer under the illusion that Islam is a religion of peace. Sorry. Can't help you on that. "Mission accomplished" obviously referred to the mission of toppling Saddam, which was indeed accomplished when he made the speech. What did you think he meant?? At that time he clearly stated that there was much more left to be done. And then, the enemy did, as enemies will do from time to time, something unexpected. ...or at least not publically announced. They came in droves from throughout the middle east to fight us there. Very convenient since we just happened to have 140,000 troops already there and ready to fight. So alQaeda came to fight us in Iraq. What do we do? Do we say, "Excuse me guys, would you mind taking this over to Afghanistan so the democrats can feel better?" ....sorry, we fight them where they are, and like the man said it could take years or decades. Unfortunately, we only control the half of the war that belongs to us. If we had complete control, well, it wouldn't be a war, now would it?...nice try though. That "mission accomplished" thing always gets an emotional reaction from people who can't think or listen.
#7 is a book just waiting to be written
#8 - If you think the President controls spending, you need to go watch some 6 year olds on a 1st grade playground. It takes two people to play nicely together. If the congress won't give the President a spending bill that has what is needed without stuffing it full of pork, he can only veto or threaten veto for so long before he has to step up and take responsibility for the fact that vital programs are going unfunded. This is known as "Shoving it down the Presidents throat", and there are limits on how much can prudently be spit out. Shame on you for pretending that the President is all-powerful on spending. Very disingenuous.
