Marina - It is unlikely that potatoes or other fresh vegetables would be involved as those items are in short supply on the Space Shuttle.
stevenfoong - They might use a device or something but I don't think it would involve firing rockets.
They usually don't get any in outer space. Sorry. The Shuttle is small and there is little room for privacy.
