I have been working for almost 2 and half years without a contract or offer letter! And the treatment from my boss was also not satisfactory or may i say its disrespective.

I resigned, giving a month notice. Then i was begged to stay, with new conditions agreed verbally. I asked for that to be put in writing, for a contract and an offer letter to be provided. I was told to withdraw my resignation, which i did(Stating: on the condition that i get the contract and offer letter). And now my boss tells me he's not giving me any contract and i should forget about it. He can only give me an offer letter, which i havent received as yet. And i am thinking of turning it down. So, should i still come or not, until i get it??

Don't work until you get what you want in writing. You must really love this job to put up with this s***. I would have been gone along time ago.

Bill P is correct.

When you get an interview, do not say anything about your problems at your current job.

If the interviewer asks you why you are looking for another job, answer by stating you desire expand your horizons and give them some positive aspects of you working for them.

Be ready to ask them some hard but fair questions about their company and the position you are applying.

Do some research on the companies you apply to so you have some in depth knowledge to use in the interview.

On your application, state general key points of your experience that will bennefit the company.

Specifics should be discussed at the interview.

Have references ready for use at the interview. Do not use your current boss as a reference and do not bad mouth your current boss or company.

Be positive and honest.

Good Luck.

Unless you are desperate for money. This job/boss is a loser. How could you trust him? He begs you but then renegs on the understanding. I think it is time to move on - the prospects of you enjoying this job are almost zero.

ok , no clue as to what you do , but from what it sounds like , as you stated it, being your resignation , being withdrawn only with a written agreement , if thats all verbal then go in and , you suck you suck you suck your cool , im out those sobs ...

ive done it on countless jobs ... its such a great feeling , and if youve never experienced it before YOU MUST !

I would continue working until you find another job. Do not mention the problems to your next employer. Good Luck.

Line up some interviews. When you are hired at the new position, then quit.
