How do you make spiral friendship bracelts?

You know, the breaclets were you just keep on tieing a granny knot, i used craft thread and now i need to tie it to my wrist and when i use a knot it comes off

how can i secure it too my wrist.

Make sure the bracelet is a little longer than you want it so you can tie the ends together. Make sure you have knots at both ends and when you tie it on your wrist you want to make sure the last knot is on the inside of the other two knots and they will hold the knot in place. I used to make knotted friendship bracelets all of the time with embroidery thread. I even used long strips of fabric and made belts, too.
