The sun does not "breathe" like we do. Solar wind is a stream of charged particles that get chucked out of it if the magnetic conditions are right. But it does not breath stuff in.

The sun doesn't have a respiratory organ just like humans. The sun doesn't composed of oxygen or requires oxygen to continue its existence. The sun is a planet where the earth is dependent to it. Without sun our there will be no life on earth to speak of.
