Happiness that comes from within and is not dependent on others to 'make' me happy contents me.
Being an author, a vegetarian interested in vegetarian cooking, organic gardening - growing herbs, fruit and vegetables and arts and crafts also bring contentment. And so does my large family, most of whom live near me,

The way I'm. the things I've. Never wanted to be a millionaire, but have a roof over my head, enough to sleep in a bed and eat well and not being afraid of tomorrow. More than this a person don't need. Never look up to the people who have more. Always look down to the people who have less and thank God for being kind to you.

Music. It cant put it any simpler. It really puts my mind at ease. Especcialy slow anime music or music from soundtracks.

Not having any sources of stress nagging at me. (No, I am not referring to my wife!)
Just being able to relax with no work, chores, errands, social engagements, etc. eating up my time.
