A really cool website is SLOOH http://www.slooh.com/ For a small yearly subscription you can use the SLOOH remote controlled telescopes and take photo's of all kinds of celestial objects, from nearby planets to galaxies in deep space. Another good site (this one is completely free) is Dave's Virtual Sungrazer Observatory http://one.fsphost.com/dvso/ ...With this site an amateur astronomer can actually discover a comet online - no telescope needed!

Yes, there definitely are a number of sites where you can view the night sky live via a remote telescope. I looked into this a while ago but I can't remember how I found them. Try a google search for "On line Observatories"
Hope that works.
Most of these sites also let you rent time on the Telescope some of which are much bigger than anything you or I could afford, plus they are located at very dark sites. And they have some very expensive cameras.
When you rent time, you get to control the Telescope via your PC and you can even take photopgraphs, which become your own. But they still need processing after you get them, just like any astro-image does.
Most of the charges for time on the scopes were quite reasonable if memory serves me.
Good Luck!

If you can find four high rise warehouses that shut of all lights at night and they form the four corners of a square set up your telescope right in the middle of the square, your view of the sky will be limited but this is your best bet.

don;t you love it when people don't read your question all the way.

No, I don't know of one, but it sounds like a great idea and I'll search around for one.

there might be small, home telescopes people may have setup, but definitly not a Big scope

I don't think you'll be able to move it around the sky if we find one.
too many people will fight over control of it over the internet

well it depends on where you live. the best areas to use a telescope are on mountains or out in nature where there is little light to ruin the view
