Yes, and unfortunately frequently too. I just have to remind myself that I'm the only one who I can trust and who can save myself.

Yes I have gotten lost in my own life. I feel that way right now. I've been feeling really overwhelmed lately with things lately so maybe that's it. I'm beginning to think maybe a vacation away by myself would help these feelings.
