Yes...as a matter of fact that can be very true. Ghosts or spirits of people often leave an impression on something they cannot afford to leave behind when they pass away. Maybe somehow that bridge has a connection to the ghostly woman that she cannot bear to leave. Haunted means in a state of being inhabited by spirits or creatures unlike us. Haunted things are not myths...i believe they are real

Just as a house or road or any other place, a bridge can be haunted. It could have an impression which is usually left when a person has a very distinct connection to a place. By the way, most paranormal experts say that a ghost cannot harm you. . . no reason to be afraid.

It's quite possible that it is. Hauntings occur when the spirit of a person refuses to leave the Earth, wether it would be because the person was wronged or loved life altogether. This woman who screams, if this is true, must be somehow connected with this bridge so deeply, that she left an impression there.

Yes, Like in our place the bridge is haunted. It is the belief of the elders (old people) that the bridge still remain strong because a child was offered in it's foundation. The boy was said being killed and his blood was sprinkled on the cement and it's body is being sealed within it. During night time, as you cross the bridge, you will saw a boy sitting in the edge and remained still in that position as you passed by.

It's more likely than a cemetery being haunted. Why would a ghost stick around a cemetery? But it could be that around dawn the humidity and temp change in such a way that the bridge itself has metal on metal tension causing the "scream"

She appears in her nightgown in the middle of the bridge there is also another whom wears fifties clothing and appears as a solid form so that traffic grinds to a halt to avoid hitting her and crashes that is how she claims more victims.

Actually, there are many haunted bridges across the US. Most of the hauntings date back to the horse and buggy days.
I actually have several blogs dedicated to hauntings. If you're interested you can check out my main blog at: True Hauntings of America (the link is below). I also have my other blogs linked into it (Ghosts Caught on Film, Ghost Tours of America & Haunted Television).

Yes a bridge can be haunted, if you live in the USA check out Montel Williams today he has psychic Sylvia Browne on she has talked about places when spirits have died and they sometimes remain "earth bound" meaning they don't know they are dead and they keep reliving the situation they went through until someone tells them they are dead and to go home to the light. Uually when they are told they go and never come back.

Yes, a bridge could very much be haunted.
On a personal note, it sounds like a fun field trip.
