Oh boy, there are lots of ways.
1) Go online and sell paperclips for $1,000,000 each.
2) Rob a bank
3) Go online and sell "paperclips" for $1,000,000 each. Then, go over to the buyer's house... You're 9, and don't know terms like "Money Laundering."
4) Save a rich guy's life
5) Be the kid of a rich guy.
6) "Hostage Fraud" -- $100M for the release of somebody. (may get you killed. Does that still count?)

Unless you have parents who are rich as that then you can probably have one at age 9.
