Please do not do that. First bong water is the crucial part of a bong. It's what goes in your lung. Putting a goldfish in a bong would kill it, not get it high. Plus smoking a goldfish sounds kinda nasty.

no.. unless you are spinkling the ashes from the cigarette or cigar onto the fish then yes. but...
if you are talking about the fish smoking... well.. the soul will get high and flip out... it swims and floats up to fish heaven... up it dies.. but it's not possible... fish don't smoke even if you make them too.
