"all good things must come to an end"

well, the andromeda galaxy is moving 270,000 mph towards us and scientist claim that it will collide with our galaxy in 3 billion years + 1 billion for the whole mixing to stop.
(compared to 5 1/2 Billion years for our sun to eat us).

Who knows what could happen to our planet when the two galaxies collide.

we could be thrown out into space with or without our Sol or we could be eaten by one of the supermassive black holes.
we could possibly survive and float around in a bigger universe than what we have now and be happy for another 1 1/2 billion years

As far as life on earth, we're expecting a polarity swap in our magnetic field to happen within 1000 years if not sooner. We could suffer extreme weather changes, earthquakes and volcano eruptions, solar radiation bursts through our mag field's weak spots, plus aurora borialis all over the place.

seems earth has done this a few times, but no proof has been shown that it was catacolismic for life.

I believe that it "might" have caused the extinction of the dinosaurs.

anyway. Yes the world will come to an end, chances are................... we'll die from old age before we have a chance to even truely be concerend about it.

That depends on if your are asking if life will end, or if the planet itself will end.

Life.... who knows?
The planet is quite safe until the sun becomes a red giant in about 5 1/2 billion years from now.

The world is not going to end anytime soon. You will have to get a job and work for a living like the rest of us.

Without a doubt the world will end someday whether it be in a few years or a few billion years. But it's up to us whether the human race will end or not

eventually it will have to. the sun will run out of hydrogen and burn helium and swell. and it will burn earth to a crisp. if that doesnt happen well get hit with an asteriod or a gamma ray burst. and if that doesnt happen then in about 3 billion years we will collide with the andromeda galaxy, and our positition will completely change, well either be flung into space, into one of the 2 black holes, or back into our normal position, only this time among hundreds of new stars some of which would go supernova in a few hundred thousand years.

You can depend on it but you don't have anything to worry about. Every grain of sand is older and will be around longer than every man living and any man who has yet to be born. In the end all that will be left are the little grains of sand. Immortality can be held in the palm of your hand.

The World will finish one day, most likely from when the Sun supernova's.

Yes but it won't be of natural causes (i.e. the sun blowing up or gargantuan asteroids hitting us)...

The end of the world will come as a result of us...mankind...and at the hands of our own devices.

Yes...in about 5 billion years when the sun expands.

yes in 2038 when an asteroid will hit the earth (maybe) or sooner if we destroy the world ourselves.
