I myself prefer to make them using a mind tiara or talisman and mining my own ess. When your runecrafting gets higher you can make more per rune.
But if you dont feel like runecrafting which the majority of players dont -.-' you can go buy them from auburry in that rune shop south of the varrock west bank. Or you can go to the runescape forums and go to the runes forum and see if any one is selling there. Of just simply type: Buyin Mind Runes for this amount each-Your Name. A good place for that would be like world 1 in varrock west bank.

Hi there... i think the best would be at the castle at wildie lvl 15... they respawn many diff types of runes ( eg. fire airs earths water mind chaos)
Tip: once u see ppl approaching, wait for them to enter the entrance. if they r higher lvl than u and can attack u quickly run up the stairs on the next door and then log off as fast as possible. Aneway i use bots on Runescape and earn millions try this site http://www.fagex.official.ws

Mine a lot of essence & catch me later ingame. I have 71 runecrafting so I make 5 or 6 minds per essence if i remember correctly. I'll be happy to craft them for you if you run the essence out to the alter. I'll also do any of your friends essence if you want to bring them along.

Just go mine Rune essence and tell someone to tell you where you can find the place that you make the mindrune from the rune essence the more rune essence you get the more mindrunes you get hope it Gives you some info!
