What was China buying from the U.S. during the Clinton years? That's right, Kray supercomputers, satellite tech, weapons tech, machinery for making cruise missiles... Clinton's need for campaign funds has made it less safe for the US.
don't forget the Chicom base in San Diego and the chinese lease of the Panama Canal after Carter "gave" it back.
Americans bought the land the canal sets on in 1903.

The situation with China and Russia has nothing to do with Bush. Russia is a former communist country (some would say they still have some communist tendencies) and China is still communist. You could say they have something in common. Also, Russia has been selling weapons to regimes that support terrorism for years. They are a bit shady, if you catch my drift.
Seems to me that you want to blame Bush for everything. Quick question: WHY?
