U forgot Carrie, but also Misery, Fatal Attraction & the Omen IV are very good examples of how good women are as killers.

Audition Ju-Onn Kill Bill La Femme Nikita Single White Female Friday The 13th (Betsy Palmer) Monster (Charlize Theron as Aileen Wuornos) Natural Born Killers Hostel (some of the bad people are female) Saw (John's daughter for one) There are numerous movies where a female character plays the bad person (Nurse Ratched is one of my favorites), but there is not many where the female is actually a killer.

Looks like they've all been covered, but one other, based on a book, was Stephen King's IT (although I'm not sure how closely it followed the book), The final "Spider Shape" of it was a female (according to the book).
