One thing? I would stop a death but since so many of them were from lifestyle, Owen Hart's would be the one that I would try for. The stunt had been done many times by Sting in WCW and should have been fine except for an equipment malfunction that the crew SHOULD have caught. I would try to get on the crew and make sure that the set up and gear was inspected fully beforehand. The fault in this case sets fully on the crew in charge of the stunt. Management was not asking Owen to do anything strange that hadn't been done many times before by other people. Guys on that crew should have gone to jail.

First I wouldn't have Owen repel from the ceiling at the Kemper Arena. Then I would have had a sit down meeting with the execs at Time/Warner to tell them to let Bischoff have complete creative control over WCW, then, finally, I would force Vince to settle with the World Wildlife Fund so we wouldn't have to watch World Wrestling Entertainment but still be watching the WWF!
