"Imagine" by John Lennon. Listen to it while walking or standing around in a busy city square where people are all about. Puts life into perspective.

Also:
"Heart of Mine" by Peter Salett
"Lucia" by Oscar Lopez
"Embrace" and "Torrero" by Govi
"Come Undone" by Duran Duran
"Wide Open Spaces" by Dixie Chicks

Teenager by My Chemical Romance - at the moment.

Try the Tool album - Anima ... its very cool.

Radiohead's album Kid A is amazing in its chilled out tones.

Tourist by St Germaine is a great jazzy record you'll aways find playing in a funky hair dressers or cafe on a Sunday morning.

Powderfinger are some light rock.

Pink has a great voice but if you want the original check out Jannis Joplin.

Tom Waits is the king of alternate blues & has some crazy funny lyrics on the more twisted side of life.

That'll do for now ... if you want some more just email me. :)

Too many too pick, maybe "Are You Lonesome Tonight" by Elvis or "Where Do The Children Play" by Cat Stevens, if you've never listened to them, i think you should.
