Why does my Mac keep on pausing?

When I am on my Mac and using iTunes and Safari it keeps on pausing, stoping the music and the pinwheel icon comes up. I just need some suggestion on what to do. Thanks.

go to mac support website and ask the geeks there,, join the mac user groups and forum, they are the ones to ask
