I'm going to college and I wanna buy a laptop. It doesn't matter what I'm going to major. OK, it is matter. Chemistry or Industrial Design. I've decide between MacBook or MacBook Pro, and I duh know which should I choose. I may use it for assignments, web browsing or watcjing video, etc. And I really don't like low speed. I have to say, I prefer MacBook Pro more, it's fast enough. I think I have to expend a lot of stuff if I buy a MacBook. What do you think?

In terms of speed for simple things like assignments and web browsing the Macbook isn't signficantly slower than the MacBook Pro.
Where the Macbook Pro is really faster is in things like Games, CAD, 3D Modeling and other graphic intensive applications. Also if you want to encode music or videos (change them from one format, say mp3, to another say, aac) then the MacBook Pro is also quite fast here.

Why would you spend so much on a Mac just for what you're going to use it for if you can get a Toshiba Satellite M65-S9092 for those things? Don't waste your money on a Mac trying to figure out how Macs work.

Hi. Try them both out and buy the one that meets your needs.
