I think that the only way to end all the violence is for us to talk about our similarities and differences. If we don't talk at all, nobody knows where the others stand...imho.

A good question, and wisely you asked it in the Current Events category, and not in the Religion & Spirituality category. I would imagine it is NOT the intention of Christiane Amanpour or CNN to sow more division between the three faiths - there is already enough without her reporting on it.
I will be watching today (different time zone), and will be more able to answer the second part of your question after viewing "God's Warriors."
*After viewing the programme I do not think it will "incite more division between the three major world religions."

I believe it will spark more debates. And yes some people might be on the fence at this point. The program might instigate some to move towards supporting the Jews. God the creator of the Universe says that we men perish for lack of knowledge. So the program will definitely bring to light information we did not know before.
That said, there is a philosophy, an ideology, that will never fail. It is an idea that cannot be improved by seven thousand years of human intelligence; and it is just as relevant today as it was at its birth. Religion cannot solve your problems, religion can never fulfill your deepest desire.

More? No, though there is plenty already. The next two nights will be concerns warriors of Islam then Christianity. I expect that she will critique those just as hard.

I believe being informed is more valauble to peace then not being informed, and personally I don't see how the religons can be more divided at this point, especially in the Middle East.

No it was just made to made one look better in comparison to the other two. Anybody that kills other people to praise God is worshipping the wrong god.

I hope so. I hope the three major world religions fight it out to the death and finally leave us atheists and agnostics in peace.

No. I don't think it will be controversial enough to do that, and most zealots won't be watching anyway.
