NO!! NO!!! AND NOOOOOO!!!!. Discard information immediately. This is a scam....well known . Anything from the Netherlands is scam if it reaches the US by mail or email. They try and obtain bank account and personal identifying information from you in an effort to do two things in one shot:

1) Steal your identity costing you thousands
2) clean out your bank account

They will ask you to send money for processing the winning funds. Don't you think they could just "deduct" say $500.00 from ummmmmm, $18 Million?? It's a set up. Please don't fall into the trap many others have fallen into.

Look up scams for lotteries in Netherlands and Nigeria and you will further see what I'm telling you as being true.
