You don't. Kpa is a measure of pressure while ml is a measure of volume. There is a lot more to trying to measure anything like that. You would need to know the size of the container and the amount of pressure.

you cannot convert kPa to mL. kPa is a unit of pressure while mL is a unit of volume. However, for gases you know that PV = nRT, so that is a link between the volume and pressure of a gas.

I feel like there is some way to convert the two. If you can convert liters to gallons or millimeters to yards then you should be able to convert kPa to mL
