Depends on u. What do u like? how do u know guy #2 is a good kisser? Personally, I'd go with guy #1. But then, I love a guy with a great sense of humor, and hey, its just a dance, the dumb dude might surprise me with a smart witty remark, and cute's just a bonus for me. I'm not into serious guys. I need a guy to make me laugh, to help me forget my serious life for a change. Plus, for me, a kiss is only good depending on how I feel about the person. So guy 1 might be great.
