I am in a rough spot in life too, it comes to all ages and times. I have learned to use my mind to go to other places when I was happy. I have kind of stored questions to go into my mind of happier times and if I seem to linger in them, then it changes my mood. I too am very lonely and can't change it because of my health, but I go back to wonderful memories I experienced and like my childhood wonderful days with my brother, we had so so much fun. Something that helps you focus away from the person you are missing. And do things that make you feel like you have accomplished something, I love to flower garden and sew so when i can't seem to shake the blues, I go weed or mow the lawn and it makes me feel better. Help your mind move to another zone for a break

I'll tell you a little secret. An hour after he returns, you'll wonder why on earth you were so sad. I kid you not. We always want what we can't have, then when we get it we don't want it. Like a dress you've been saving up for or looking at every time you pass the shop window.
Exercise is the best way to get out of the dumps.....a chemical called endorphins is released in your body and they make you feel soooooo good. Have you seen the new DVDs such as dancing exercises or the boxing in place exercises. Both are great.
OR watch a funny movie. Laughter makes a person feel good.

Yeah, you miss your hubby terribly..but remember he was on to somethng good for your future with him. You just have to do something to cheer yourself up while waiting for him to be back again with you. Don't crowd your mind with speculated ideas that he is out there somewhere having a good time with some other woman. Trust him...you should know him better from other people. Are you afraid that something might happen out there that will make you lose his love for you ?
As for me, if I am feeling sad I got my guitar and books to cheer me up. In fact my inspirational moments are when I'm in down. hahahaha....laughter is good, see ?

Well, I will tell you what I do when I am sad. I go shopping, I get a pedicure, and I just think about something that makes me happy. I am thinking life is too short, why am I making my day shorter. After all my daughter is only 6 years old, she will need me. My daughter is my happiness. Find peace in your life or join a club of something.

Doing something for others always cheers me up. Serve food to the homeless. Go to see old people in a retirement center and read to them or talk.. They love it because there alot who don't get visitors at all and are very lonely. It feels good to know you brightened up someones life.

Take up a hobby or join a club. I like to collect things, like coins. Things I can hand down to my kids, one day, after I marry. I also like to participate in the Community Theatre here.

Go hang with friends, take up a hobby, take a little road trip yourself. The time will fly and he'll be back before you know it!

You need to work out what YOUR interests are. Besides him and pursue them!!
Look up hobbies and interests online.
Also- maybe you need to get a job so you aren't dwelling on it.
Like I always say- GET AMONGST IT
