Ther is only ONE GOOD ANSWER!!!!!!

Get good legal direction. Even if it hurts a bit financially, it is a must.
Depending on to many things to list, there may be local city, county, state, and federal implications. Take it from someone who has owned several business's. Get sound legal advise. An attorney, as much as I despise them, not from a buddy.

hi stumpy77, hope things work out for you, i guesstimate you might get a few answers from Y!A but doubt it. Might be better off doing a search on the subject if only to find the best legal representation you can get for the price. A lot of law involved in business. good luck x

Are there partners or employees involved? You best bet is to contact a lawyer and your accountant.
