by paying attention to who he is, what he likes, what makes his body respond, and not by asking perfect strangers how to pleasure YOUR husband.
A great mistake that a lot of women make is to figure that all guys like the same thing... what works for my guy, may not work for urs... Keep that in mind! You can playfully ask him what he likes, or just even randomly and act out whatever he suggests you do differently. The key to a really great sex life, I've learned, is to communicate openly and honestly with no judgement. That way you each learn what the other likes, hates, craves etc.
The best way to pleasure MY husband, is private, and something that I have figured out that works for us, the way to pleasur your husband, is probably along the same lines. :)

First make a fuss over his performance , be it good or bad
after all we all like to know that we have done well when making an effort .
I love it when my girl tells me what Im doing to her
( how it feels for her and how she enjoys a certain moment ) .
Talking dirty is cool as well as things heat up towards a finally.
I guess like every thing else in a marriage communication whilst in the throws of passion is important to increase pleasure.
