How would you improve WWE?

We all know WWE is doing terrible, so how would you help it?
Here's how I would:
1. Disband ECW and have a draft for the superstars. Punk, Morrison, Dreamer, & Big Daddy V w/ Striker go to raw. Burke, Richards, Boogeyman, Thorn & Balls go to Smackdown.
2. Push more faces. Heels like Masters, Henry, Umaga (used to be, but now isn't any more because of a stupid writer), Burke, Thorn, & Finlay are hardly used because WWE doesn't push good faces. Palumbo, Eugene, Kane, Rhodes, Sandman, Super Crazy & Flair could be used more in order to bring up heels.
3. Make some stables. Stables are great. I want to see more of them. Here's some ideas:
Sandman, Rhodes, & Cryme Tyme
Carlito, Umaga, WGTT.
4. Less gimmicks. I'd put Eugene in OVW and bring him back with a new character, because he's got skills. that's just one, but there are many more.
5. new champs.
WWE: Carlito
IC: Mr. Kennedy
Raw Tag: WGTT
Women's: Jillian

WHC: Hardy
US: Dykstra
Tag: Chavo & Noble (Sweet team, go well together)
Cruiserweight: Moore

I would re-launch WWE as a serious wrestling product and forget a little bit about kids(advertisement,media, etc)

Bring back the European Title, Hardcore, create a WWE TV Title, trash the spinner belt and get a new serious design for the WWE Championship, create a TV Title and Tag Team Title for ECW

Woman's wrestling school............needed

Rehire or hire good wrestlers from OVW and some other good free agents

Merge ECW and OVW into a talent developmental show

Make the Intercontinental Title a coveted title again

Get the focus again on the Tag Division, like on the Attitude Era, sort of

Get some high-caliber cruiserweights

WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO...

Bring back Tough Enough...hahaha kidding xD but remember that ECW World Champion John Morrison won a Tough Enough

1-Fewer PPVs
Cut it down to 6
Wrestlemania-Granddaddy of them all...needs no justification
Summerslam- The midpoint of the wrestling year....
King of The Ring- This Tournament needs to be back, its classic
Royal Rumble- Another classic event
Survivor Series- A great PPV that needs to be restored to its former greatness (I would actually make this the Smackdown vs RAW ppv)
Judgement Day(or Armaggedon) - A Hardcore PPV, Elimination Chamber, Steel Cage, TLC, etc....this should be the EXTREME PPV

Fewer PPVs to buy over the year should increase sales....so WWE could still make money by bumpin up the price 10 bucks

Gives them time to build up better storylines and feuds.

Gives the wrestlers more time to recover from the intense PPV matches....

2-More Saturday Night Main Events
Put them on every other month....promote them like a PPV....make it important to watch them
Gives free exposure to a large group of people who normally couldn't catch a PPV due to financial reasons or whatever

3-Bring an end to the brand division.....kinda
RAW and Smackdown need to be the Big Leagues...ECW needs to be the minors.
RAW and Smackdown need to be where the big names play. ECW should be where WWE develops new talent and gimmicks....when the draft comes around, they should be pulling up names from ECW to play on the REAL shows. Puts more pressure on the ECW guys to make names for themselves and put on the best matches they can.

4-Make the Tag Belts matter
Currently the biggest problem with the tag division is the WWE....they get a decent tag team, and they break them up to push the guys in singles competion.
The Tag Belts need to be real....make it a valued prize. the guys in the division need to stay in the division.

5-Bring back managers....
Some guys aren't quite skilled on the mic....they don't REALLY need to be. It helps, but it shouldn't be necessary. Remember Ted DiBiase? Remember Jimmy Hart? Paul Bearer? Paul Heyman? Trish Stratus? Managers can add a lot to the entertainment of the show.....use them. Don't try to force people who suck on the mic to try and work the crowd.

6-Just because the fans respond to someone doesn't mean they need to be a face. ... Umaga is a great example. He's gonna go the way of Kane, mark my words....Some wrestlers just are better as "weapons". Kane was best when he was being pointed at a wrestler and told to destroy them. Umaga is pretty much the same way.Its only a matter of time before they have Umaga realizing that he can speak English and taking off the face paint...then comes teaming with X-pac.

7-Bring back Stables....
There are a few that just seem kinda natural, there are a few that could be made without too much effort....Stables have always been fun...from the Hart Foundation to Evolution....

I think what made wrestling so great was that you had three different shows run by three different minds (WWF, WCW and ECW) If Vince wanted to buy his competition, he should done so and kept them seperate from his own brand. There was a time when you had variety but now it's just all the McMahon's. Too much entertaining and not enough wrestling. So I would:

Try to keep the brands seperate until certain PPV events.

Turn ECW back over to the guys that ran the show before. Let them have their way with the show.

Stop wasting the talents of the wrestlers that are good and that people actually wanna see win titles. (Mr. Kennedy, Elijah Burke, WGTT guys like that)

Bring back the NWO. I could think of a dozen or so different ways that they could do that.

Less Vince McMahon drama storylines. That **** is gettin old.

And last but not least.....more Mickey James. I think I'm in love with her.

1. Keep the title with Randy Orton for a while b/c HHH may be one of the best but he does not need a title shot so soon
2. build the tag division....DX, Hardys, Cryme Tyme, and put together some good superstars to build the division
3, agreed with ECW, end it, but i say send CM Punk to SD! and boogey to Raw

the thing that is wrong with ecw is that they only have about 15 active superstars and there is only 1 championship. Smackdown is getting all the heavyweights who suck except for taker, batista, mysterio, kane and everytime they get good they go to Raw like Kennedy, London and Kendrick, Carlito, Randy Orton. Raw is getting to be more drama than anything for example, Cena has been beating everyone for the championship, he shouldn't be holding it for a year.

1. Have ONE undisputed world Champion. Make the IC/US/ECW titles the primary titles for their respective shows, but have just one World Champion.
