What is plastic WIRE?
I know you can knit, crochet, braid, weave, knot, and net with plastic string.
But as I do not know what you mean with wire I can not direct you to a website.
But if you want to do any of the crafts above, take the tools that you would use for string or yarn the same size and go ahead.
If you weave with plastic strips, you often do in free hand, (not in a frame) but you need to fix the ends you are not working on, pegs, as used for laundry, will take care of that.

no need to do all those stuffs ! u r wasting $$$ and wires
just go to a shop and ask for it !
