There are just a few mistakes. Here is is a revision with an explanation for each change. (Changes appear in brackets.)
_____
What should I get for my [fifteenth] birthday? [Always spell out numbers that are not part of addresses, phone numbers, dates, percentages, etc.)
I don't know what I should get. I already have [an] iPod, [a] stereo system, [a] cellphone, and [a] computer. [Because not all these words begin with vowels, "an" does not universally apply; use a new article for each item in the list.] I know that I will get money because [No comma needed here.] my grandparents already [gave] me $50, and my parents also [gave] me money. Clothes are one thing I don't really want because [No comma needed here.] I will get a lot of them in the ["summertime" = one word] and [Christmastime" = one word]. [Thank you = two words] for your [opinions].
_____
Hope this helps! And ... happy birthday to you!

Your intent is correct, but your grammar and punctuation needs some assistance. Your question should read as follows:
I do not know what I will receive for my 15th birthday. I already have and Ipod, stereo system, cellphone, and computer. I think that I will get money because my grandparents already gave me $50. My parents also give me money. Clothes are one thing I don't really want because I will get a lot of them at Christmas time. Thank you for your opinions.

Err, I just made a few changes here and there, like changing the place of some commas, and stuff like that. Hope this helps.

I work as an editor and the only thing you might wish to do is change 15th to fifteenth. It's typically preferable to keep numbers in their word form rather than in numerals. Otherwise, this sentence works just fine.
