does anyone know what 4:20 means? my friends and books use it and wont tell me what it means. email me if you are afraid that you or i will get reported. thanks so much

4:20 is LAPD's Police Code for "Marijuna Consumption In Progress" Or basically caught for smoking a joint. Its been.... iconilized by pot heads like myself for oooo since the 70's as a way to talk about smoking with out actually saying the words. Also because of its legacy with the pot head community most smokers see that its 4:20 and know hey its time to smoke!
