I am frustrated by the blackout restrictions. I live in Indiana so I'm prone to blackouts for Reds, Cubs and White Sox. When these teams are at home, I have no problem with blackout rules. When they are on the road why should I be held to a blackout when I don't live in these blackout areas. Also, do blackout rules apply if the game sells out? I am already thinking about starting a petition drive next year in front of MLB parks to protest this crap. Just gets more obnoxious every year.

While I certainly sympathize with your frustration, as a legal matter you do not have standing to sue the MLB -- or to sue the FCC for imposing the blackouts.

So, your best remedy lies outside the courts -- trying to get the rules changed.
