Yes he would be allowed to marry a person from the Indian sub-continent providing that the person was of a noble and rich Indian family.
If by Indian you are using that now out of fashion term to describe the races present in America before 1492, then it would appear that he would only be permitted to marry a person from the White Apache tribe who could recite the whole of 'The Rime of the Ancient Mariner' from memory whilst strumming a banjo.

He can marry who he likes, however, if he married a Catholic he would forfeit his place in the line of succession. Also if he married before he was 25 without the permission of his grandmother then he would also lose his place in the line of succession. He does not have to marry someone of noble blood, neither does William, Kate Middleton is definitely not of Noble blood but there would have been no problem with William marrying her.
His wife would probably have to convert to Church of England as well (as Philip did when he married the then Princess Elizabeth), especially if Charles inherited the throne and William was still childless (and therefore Harry would be Heir-presumptive).

It’s likely they wouldn’t be as picky who Harry marries since he is just the spare unless something happens to William before he marries or fathers a child. He seems at this time very much in love with Chesly Davis.
I have heard that he would need the Queen's approval if he married before he was 25, or maybe that does not apply to the spare.

Who gives a shiz? He might've lost his virginity already coz of HARD PARTYING and getting DRUNK!! Sheesh! IF his dad married an animal after divorcing a real princess, Harry sure can marry a middle class person regardless of race. Why? Attracted to him? Have u seen his pic when he was in his boxers sitting on a throne? What a disgrace to the noble-ish british royal family!
And that pic was a fake! The head-body ratio isn't right...

Yeah he could sweety if he wanted to but see the thing is, He just (I think 1 week ago) asked Chelsy Davy to marry him, she said yes, but they are not getting officialy engaged for about 18 months, so he can finish his military carrare (sp) and have a desk job, and Chelsy can finish her schooling in London, Also, Prince William will soon be off of the market as well, he just asked Kate Middleton to marry him (with one of Diana's favorite rings) and she, of course said yes. Also, to make put both of these things into perspective, both Chelsy and Kate have recently gotten a royal pass card, which alows them to have unlimited acess to the royal residences without having to show thier ID's or getting okayed by their royal boyfriends. This is deffinately a status symbol. Sorry about your luck though, I my self had my eye on Harry, seeing as how I am moving to London soon.

traditionally, the 2d son of a monarch is created Duke of York, notwithstanding, if his uncle continues to be alive he can not get carry of that call. The Dukedom of Edinburgh has already been promised to the Earl of Wessex upon the death of his father and mom. there are a number of vacant Dukedoms and technically the monarch can bestow any she or he needs apart from Cornwall and Lancaster. The monarch notwithstanding can not eliminate a Dukedom different than in relation to treason.

He can marry anyone he wants. If he marries a Catholic, though, he forfeits his right to the throne. Beyond that, it's pretty much open.
