There's always using epithetiary from other languages, Russian has a rich vocabulary of such words. They have several ways of saying S***, each with a different contextual meaning, so you would have to learn not just a "dirty word", but HOW and WHEN, the contextual use of the word. Look at it as an introduction to language learning and use.Just be sure to learn some of the more-conversational words and phrases as well.

i came up with something when my son was 11yr old. instead of saying go to h..l, we would say, GO TO THE BAKESALE. he and I would laugh, it was a very private joke, and he knew he could get away with it. He is now a young man, and when frustrated will still say Go to the bakesale. Also, oobiedoobie scoobie doo. I think because it takes so long to say, and gives us time to calm down (sometimes laugh) and rethink the situation at the time. I hope this helps.
you could make it GO to...anywhere that will make you stop, think and laugh!
best of luck and hope you find something that is pleasing to your ears.

How about "Dag-na-bit" or "gol durn it"? Then there's "fiddle sticks!" or "fooey". Sometimes just screaming helps a lot if you're alone; doing that when others are around probably wouldn't be a good idea!

If you are in to Harry Potter, you could say "Merlin's beard!" or "Merlin's pants!" I say it all the time because I'm a HUGE Potter fan and it's fun to see people's faces when you say it.

coming from a teen myself...
a hot one used between my friends
"O Snap!"
"Goooooood - ness"
to be off the wall and " out there"
we do seemingly random screams (although not too loud)
and as a weird and teased one
"Holy Mackerel!"

I like "famished flamingoes!" but that's just me...
how about: shivers; sugar; shitaki mushrooms; focaccia (I bet you've heard those two before); "fruitcake!" is good too...
