If you found a diary with your life recorded from beginning to end, would you read it?

You'd need to look at the last page to see if you would have time to read the whole thing. Sure, I'd read it. You already know within a range of 20 to 30 years when you're going to die so why not find out definitely.

No, I would not read it.

We should write our own life stories, so to speak, not know what is already written. We make our own fate. I do not believe that certain events are predestined to happen. It's the same for going to see a palm-reader, or reading a horoscope, for example. If someone tells you that some certain event will take place that day, you are more likely to avoid or search for those circumstances, subconsciously. I believe that if I were to find my own life story, I would not touch it. Because then, would I not be potentially and subconsciously changing the outcome of my life?

It's like those Back To The Future movies. When one thing was changed by Doc Brown and Marty, perhaps for the better, the present time was also affected, often negatively. It's better to leave things as they are, and hope for the best.

Definitely i will read it because it is me who is the major character. I cannot allow tto miss the biggest opportunity in life not to read. It is there i could know what made my life important and how important am i to others. After reading the diary, i will treasure the diary for my children and my children's children to serve us a guide of my ideals and insprations when am still alive.

No. I'd prefer to see what happens as it comes. Life is full of surprises, and I'd rather not miss out on them. I almost feel like if I knew what was coming, I'd either try to avoid it or change it (like death) or anticipate the inevitable, but without the anxiousness of learning it as I go. If you have a hold of the future, then you will forever live in fear and anticipation, plus when you feel that fate has control of everything, what is left that is worth waiting for?

Written from whose perspective. Do you think knowing what you can not change is good for you. Have you ever heard of Cheech and Chongs 'My Summer Vacation'? On my first day of summer vacation, I woke up, went down town to look for a job. Then I went to the Drug store and hung out for a while. Then I came home and went to bed. On the second day of my summer vacation, etc etc.' The same thing over and over and over again.

The Will is positive, the Judgment is negative.
