im trying to play guild wars but it wont let me connect to arena net and i tried reinstalling someone plz help

A bit vague. What error are you getting? Is this a problem with your computer, your internet connection, a "you are banned" message on login?
It could be a million different things, but without more info there's not much help we can offer.
