My parents went through a horrible divorce. To make a long story short...my father is just the devil himself. There is no other way to describe him. We went to court to increase child support and although we won..I'm sure he will try to appeal it. I know he works..and he fakes disability and works for his family and is paid under the table (In order to pay minimum support). Is there anyone who knows how to prove this? How can I help my mother prove to the court that he really has money he just doesn't want to pay child support?

Everything he does..he puts under his familys name..so that it looks like he has no money. But I found out that he owns a home..and found a newspaper article that mentioned him working.. Will this help in my case? Should I bring these to court?

Hire a private investigator. If you are in S.E. Wisconsin I could do some work for you for free.

Your mother needs to spell this out to the court so they can get this into the records. There is an office that handles these things in the family courts system. They tend to take a dim view of deadbeat dads and anyone who aids them in weasling out of child support. All sources of income must be included. Appeals are usually not in the father's favor.

In order to be considered disabled, he has to have some kind of certification... he has to PROVE he is disabled.
The court has access to the state databases to prove any disability claims.

call the workmen's compensation fraud hotline in your state and report his family company. believe me, these guys do an incredibly thorough investigation when they get a tip like this. there may also be a reward in it for you. in florida, it's $2500. i'd call the IRS as well. may as well get everybody after his sorry butt!
if he's found out, he probably won't go to prison, but he'll have to repay every dime and pay taxes on his unreported income. there will also be a HUGE fine for his fdamily's companjy, which will probably go toward his recalculated child support.

Call the IRS and report him so they will audit his finances. Either that or her attorney should ask for a list of all of his expenses to properly set the child support. If his outgoing is more than his incoming, then he'll have some explaining to do. It is very difficult but you can call the IRS tip line anonymously.

Hire a private investigator to get evidence. Be careful though. He may end up going to jail for fraud. Then you won't get a dime from him until he gets out.
