If you love your husband - stop right now. Trust me - I did it and it will only lead to heartbreak, broken marriages (probably yours, not his) and a mess at work. These usually start by just talking, and can easily turn physical. If you are having problems with your husband, talk to him about it or go see a counslor yourself. But let me tell you from experience falling in love with a married man does not do good things for your mental well being, your marriage or your life - even if they say they will leave, they won't. 7 years of waiting and a divorce on my side, and I finally gave up - he will never leave, and now I am a single mom (son by my ex-husband - not the married man btw :)

I was divorced when I fell in love with a married man. Luckily for me, he felt the same way. He's divorced now too and we've been together for 5 years. Be sure that what you are feeling isn't just infatuation and the problem is only time will tell you that. Infatuation can last up to THREE years and I would suspect even longer if the relationship is illicit, because it adds excitement. I can't tell you to get away from this man as fast as you can because if you don't want to it won't happen. I can tell you that you are in a very dangerous situation not just for yourself but for everyone involved. Try to think with your head. Easier said than done, I know!

You are married, not dead. Its natural to be attracted to someone of the opposite sex. Its what you do about it that makes a difference. Do you flirt with him and create opportunities for the relationship to grow? Or do you try to get over it and go home and tell your husband that you love him? The mind is a powerful tool. You can control your thoughts, and use your mind to get over yourself, or you can let it go and let your thoughts and fantasies wander. I'm in a similar situation right now with a woman at work. We can't keep our eyes off of each other sometimes. But I've got too much to lose and nothing to gain that I don't already have. So I try to keep our flirting in perspective and just treat it as a fun way for both of us to alleviate the stress at work. What helps is having a solid relationship with your spouse. If you are in a lousy marriage, then its alot harder to remain faithful.

I like Chris' answer above.

I have been married 33 years. I often travel for work and a number of times over the years I have met and even travelled with women. This has resulted in close friendships and sometimes some sexual tension but I have never stepped out on my wife.

It's natural to develop affection for and even a crush on attractive people that you are close to. Just don't act on it.

Just because your married doesn't mean your feelings get shut down. It is not unusual to have feelings for co-workers, friends, etc. How you inter pet those feelings is another situation. If these feelings jeopardizes the marriage, then it is time to see a professional to help you sort out what you are experiencing.
