Do them 2 at a time, using the fact that
LCM(a,b) = ab/GCD(a,b).
So LCM(12.20) = 12*20/4 = 60.
LCM(60,35) = 60*35/5 = 60*7 = 420.

12=2x2x3
20=2x2x5
35=5x7

The lcm can be found by taking the most times a factor is found in one of the numbers. 2 twice, 3 once, 5 once, 7 once.
Multiply those numbers 2x2x3x5x7=420

This will help you find common denominators to solve fractions.
