They will have to be either short movies or you have to use more compression (say 3 Mbit/s instead of 6 Mbits/s).

You write one after the other, each with each own chapters. You close the disc after you record both of them.

I read the first answer and scratched my head. you asked "how", right? Nero is a very good program, and simple to use. Simply select all the video you want to put on one DVD, and Nero automatically adjusts the size to make it fit.
