When I was an undergrad way too many years ago, a PHD told my class that eventually humans would live to be 400-500 years old.
Think of how THAT would change our perceptions, of everything from how many couches you want to buy in your lifetime to birth control.
so yes.....................I do wish our opportunity to be on this sweet earth could be extended. Our wonderful bodies which give us so much pleasure also gives us so much pain on the way out........(and I think being born is hard also).....
but just as trees who live longer than most of us do eventually fall, it appears at the moment there is an upper limit......
I think that we will one day meet a race of people who have learned to control their destinies, and by that time we too will have become wiser to enjoy ours........

I wish people had to look me in the eye when they cuss me out instead of over the phone because if it was more "Real" to them they wouldnt be such telephone tough guys!!!
