we live in ny. there will be about 8 of us..and we have 4-5 days on a weekend to go somewhere just to relax. were looking for a bit of partying (clubbing or bars) more relaxing in a hotel or a pool or a beach and with places to just go...somewhere within the usa (not including places as florida or california). any suggestions?

Ocean City in Maryland has everything you'd want. Beautiful beach, great clubs and hotels to stay in.
Virginia Beach is another great place like Ocean City. Beach, clubs and great nightlife. Also there is a theme park not to far from Virginia Beach if you get bored. I've been to both places with friends and I am 22, we definetley had a fantastic time and memories to last us a long time. If you don't go to these locations on this vacation I would definetley check these places later on, trust me!

May sound crazy - but it's inexpensive - has casinos in the city, not out on the water, and some of the best restaurants around - Detroit. Check it out. Fisher Theater, Comerica Park, Greek Town - with casinos near the new river walk - fun, inexpensive, not crowded - near U of M, Mich. State, etc. Great beaches nearby - Lake St. Clair. Also near, Lake Huron and Lake Erie.
Had a great time there!

if u have the money, consider Malaysia as a destination. At the capital city we have great clubs and bars. but if u want the whole package, go to Langkawi, where u can find great beaches and great clubbing places too.

Nashville, TN has everything. Fun nightlife, beaches on Pecy Priest lake, great downtown hotels, Beautiful scenenry and outdoor things to do.....
