which color is better?? white or silver metallic 2006 bmw m3 conv.?? i'm a girl by the way(22 yrs old)?

I would say silver over white.

white cars always look dirty unless you clean them every day. silver ones tend to hide that grey dirt.

silver is also better for hiding scratches than other colours.

white always looks like a company car.

Metallic paint is stronger than regular paint hense why it is more expencive as a colour option.

There is a difference between company car white and BMW M3 white.

Honestly, you can't get much classier than a white BMW M3. Though the nay-sayers say that white is harder to keep clean that should not be the case for upper class cars such as this one. If you have the money to purchase a new M3 then you should have the time to keep it clean.

Then again, you shouldn't get white because I want to be one of the few people on the road that has a new white M3....
Oh, and don't get the 2006.... get the 2008's that are coming out right about this time....

Silver is the default everyone goes with. White is dirty all the time, but I would rather have a white M3 than a silver one any day. Not many people go with the white, so its not every day you see a white M3. I see at least 15 silver M3s a day. I hope it helps. PS-if you go white, get the burgandy interior...its such a nice combo.

A clean white car is very hot, especially for a girl. But white is such an impractical color, just like black. It will show every spec of dirt, every dead insect on the front of it, it's a full time job keeping it clean and keeping it looking good.

Silver on the other hand seems to look clean, even when it is not. So it looks great even when dirty. It is a tad less girly (but this is 2007 not 1957, you don't have to drive a pink car if you are a girl) but probably a more sensible choice.

Since you're getting a M3, I'm gonna go ahead and assume that you can pay for a car wash from time to time ;)

I was looking around for a Silver on Red M3 coupe a while ago, so normally I'd say silver. But, this is the drop top, so I'm gonna say get it in white.

Also, I hope you get it in stick. M3 + girl who can drive stick is totally hot.

I guess I will be the first person to say the white one. I love white vehicles. But unfortunately, they do tend to show dirt way more than silver/metalic cars.

I think either one would look sweet on that car...and now-a-days more and more people are opting for the silver/metallic colors...they are cool!

And yes, I do wash my white cars quite often...I've got an '89 Riviera (pearl white) and an '06 GMC Yukon Denali (arctic white).

Silver cars blend in with the color of the road concrete surfaces. White is much more visible and you will be really happy no matter what color you end up with just keep the maintenance up to date.

my aunt has a white lexus es but she ALWAYS keeps it clean so it looks nice, however the one time she let it get dirty it didnt look to hot. so white is ok but, it must ALWAYS be clean, but yeah white looks real nice, but i would get silver. bmw m3s is the reason they MADE silver. so id get mine in silver.
