Call your General practioner if you have one or just a regular doctor and tell her your symptoms. Or you can call telehealth ontario for help if you can't get to your doctors 24hours a day at: 1.866.797.0000
Maybe you need a pregnantcy test, but their the ones to help. In the meantime try a hot bath to relax to and some soothing music.
Try not freaking out until you know for sure what's wrong if it is anything.
It'll only make you freak out more. I thought i had a serious health problem and was worried about it for months. Now, all that worry was a waste of time because i found out i don't have anything.
Don't jump to conclusions until you know for sure trust me i know.
Hope u feel better soon!!!

You probably have something wrong with your colon. Maybe Diverticulitis or irritable bowel syndrome. You probably aren't pregnant. The fetus (if you actually could feel it) would be soft and unnoticeable until maybe 3 months. Maybe that ball you feel is constipation. Eat lots of fruits and veggies OR take milk of Magnesia to loosen your bowels. If it doesn't happen, get to the emergency room.

Your digestive system can get out of whack around your period. The bloated and swollen stomach sound like gas. Keep trying to eat things to make yourself poop though. You should know if you monkied around enough to be pregnant, so be realistic about that possiblity too. Good luck.

My goodness. It may be time to try a laxative. I suggest you go to the drugstore and try something with psyllium. It will make your bowels move without causing harm. The druggist can make a recommendation if you're unsure. If you are concerned that you are pregnant, buy a pregnancy test while you're there. What you are describing doesn't sound like pregnancy, but it might put your mind at rest to rule it out.
My goodness.

Try eating mini wheats. That has a lot of fiber in it. It always helps regulate me. I always have trouble with constapation & I eat the mini wheats & sometimes need to use stool softeners. I doubt what your feeling is a baby. It more than likely stems from the constapation. Also,if you eat a lot of leafy green veggies, like spinach or cabbage, that will help.

You really ought to see a doctor quickly. On the left hand side it might even be an infection of the bowel called diverticulitis..... very nasty if not treated soon.... Good luck.

Take a mild laxative and drink and lot of water. Try to get some exercise. Oh, and chill out.
