Hi y'all. My friend Bubba has got some high class relatives coming over (they live in a double wide) and he's wonderin what wine to serve with boiled muskrat.
Somethin not to subtle, if ya know what I mean......and a screw top is a must.

When you say "double wide" that sounds as if there will be lots of them so I would recommend a good size box of wine. Chablis goes well with Beef flavored Ramen noodles and I can't imagine that being much different than boiled muskrat.

Thunderbird. Or a nice white port. Compliments the muskrat quite well. And of course a cream sherry for the dessert. Sometimes I substitute cooking sherry.

Nothing says classy like a bottle of Boones Farm.....except 6 bottles of Boons Farm....might i suggest Melon Baller?

Well I jest happen ta be frum de south an we like that there boones farm peach flavored high class vine-stuff.ya-all have fun now hear.

red wine usually goes better with red meats. try the local liquor store/ammo/bait shop, they usually have a good selection under $5 a bottle.

Boones--make sure it's chilled. If you wanna get real fancy, add a bit of Twist Up soda pop. Call it champagne.
