I didnt look tonight, but I got gas yesterday so probably a little above 3/4 tank.
I ran out of gas about 18 yeras ago, I just bought a 76 Cutlass, and didnt realize the gas gauge was broke

My guage goes like this: half a tank, 1/3 of a tank, 4 ounces, EMPTY!!! I have to fill at half a tank just to be sure. I have never run out of gas except when I locked the keys and yes, the baby in the car and the gas ran out before the locksmith got there. My bad!

it is bad to let it run low because your engine could suck us dirt from the fuel. i have never run out of gas, but once i was with a friend who ran out of gas when we pulled up to the pump.
