Where can I get information on illegal user of a vacant land in Palmdale/Antelope Valley, CA?

My sisters was told that the vacant land they owned in Pamldale/Antelope Valley in CA is being used by somebody.
Another parcel owner discovered through aireal view that there
are trailers in the vacant land. My sisters live in another state, so they have no idea where to get the information.

just go tow them off and put them out by the highway with a FREE sign on them. they will get the message.

we handle crooks and scum MUCH differently here and we dont sugarcoat it and ask them if they would mind if we sued them. We grab them by the ear and shove their face in the dirt and put our foot on the back of their neck and tell them how its going to work. We dont take kindly to squatters or chem labs.

These people are already squatting illegally and may be other things to discuss with the courts.

get a Power of Limited Attorney appointing you as caretaker of the land from your sisters and then file a police complaint about trespassers.
