I always thought that if he can raise the seat (which, obviously, he has to);
then she could lower the seat. You
know...share the work load. I mean it's
only weighs like a few ounces or something-it's not like it weighs half a ton? Adjust the seat to your own preference, is what I believe. Either that, or the men lower the seats for the
women and the women raise the seat for the men. Let's have some equality
or do we need to run out and protest for men's lib?
And as for your argument; forget it.
For you should very well know by now that almost every argument begins and ends with the sound of the woman's voice.

Yes, it probably is annoying for him to put the toilet seat back up all the time, but it is more annoying to go into the bathroom late in the night and sit down only to find out that the toilet seat is up and you either fell into the toilet or almost did, now that is annoying, and he should try it sometime...

Well considering women need it down no matter what and men have a 50/50 chance of needing it down, it's just a matter of percentage of times it needs to be down as opposed to up. I put the lid down and all...have heard about the "water vapor cloud" when flushing the toilet so am trying to keep that cloud to a minimum *Yuck!*

Well, I just got a urinal so I havent got to worry about the toilet seat argument but honestly would it kill her to look before sitting down?

I learned to just put the lid down too. The whole seat thing becomes moot and cleans up the appearence thing too.

well I did agree with this statement when I was a bit younger but then again I grew up a bit and got over it. It is just common courtesy to put it back, there is no reason to make a big deal about it...

We have to learn that this world is about more then ourselves...
Toilet seat and all...
Learn to pick your fights... This one isn't worth the drama...
